Appointment Policies
We love our guests! When you book your appointment we do require a credit card to hold your reservation. We also require 24 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations, otherwise you will be billed 100% of the services reserved. In the event of a gift certificate being used and there is a "no call, no show" unfortunately your gift card will be fully redeemed. Please respect the space reserved for you at the spa.
