Appointment Policies
We love our guests! When you book your appointment we do require a credit card to hold your reservation. We also require 24 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations, otherwise you will be billed 100% of the services reserved.
*20% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO PACKAGES LASTING 90 mins or more*
A 50% deposit will be due upon booking your reservation.
In the event of a gift certificate being used and there is a "no call, no show" unfortunately your gift card will be fully redeemed. All Gift Certificates have a 1 year expiration date. So please, practice Self Love and redeem your Gift Certificate within a years time of receipt otherwise it will expire after 1 year.
Please arrive on time, Unfortunately if you arrive late it will affect your treatment time.
