We aim to provide a smooth, peaceful experience for all guests.
- A credit card with a 50% deposit is required to hold all appointments
- Cancellations within a 48hr timeframe from the appointment date will incur a 50% Fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% fee
- 20% Gratuity is added to spa packages 90+ minutes
- Please arrive on time or 5-10 minutes early to enjoy the full length of your service
- Gift certificates are available year-round!
