Spa Policies

• A full body massage will be given to back, neck, arms, legs, feet, gluteus, and face unless otherwise specified above. 
• Breast massage will not be given unless consent has been given by the client. 
• Modesty draping will be used at all times and is non-negotiable. If at any time the client feels uncomfortable they can ask to cease the massage and the session will end. 
• We offer therapeutic body massage/stretching only. Any inappropriate action or language is cause for termination of the massage session with payment due in full. 
• The Petite Retreat will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables left in the massage rooms. Please do not leave personal items unattended. 

*20% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO ANY PACKAGE LASTING 90 mins or longer 

We reserve the right to a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Clients have until 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time to cancel their appointment. Any cancellation after that time is subject to a 50% charge.

If a client cancels their appointment the same day that it is scheduled, they are subject to a 100% charge.
